Refund Policy

- No return for all purchases, food items are non-returnable

- Cake orders that made on the same day MUST pay in advance before picking up

- All changes and cancellations on cake order must be made three days in advance

- All refund will be made ONLY IN STORE CREDIT

- We do not accept cancellations in less than three days, and no refund/store credit will be issued

- Orders that are not picked up will not be refunded or reschedule.

Regent Cakes and Bakery reserves the right to make the final decision of all changes and refunds.  A valid receipt/proof may be requested to authorize a refund.
